WorkDigital's Privacy Statement
Your privacy is important to us, and so is being transparent about how we collect, use, and share information about you.
This Privacy Policy covers the information we collect about you when you use our products or services, or otherwise interact with us (for example, by attending our events), unless a different policy is displayed.
WorkDigital, we and us refers to WorkDigital Global LTD. and any of our corporate affiliates. We offer our 'WorkDigital platform' as SaaS offerings in the global market. We refer to WorkDigital platform, together with our other services and websites as "Services" in this policy.
Our GDPR Commitment
The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) harmonise data privacy laws and regulations across the United Kingdom and the European Union, enhancing data protection for individuals and reshaping the way organisations approach data privacy. These regulations cover the personal data of every UK and EU person and provide comprehensive rights to data subjects. Every company that works with UK or European employees, customers, or partners must comply with these regulations.
With the UK GDPR and EU GDPR now in effect, WorkDigital is fully compliant and privacy-ready—enabling all customers to use WorkDigital as their Cloud Work Management platform while meeting both UK and EU data protection requirements.
At WorkDigital, we provide in-region hosting and data storage for our customers to meet data residency obligations across multiple geographies, empowering them to raise the bar for privacy, security, and control in the cloud.
